The best advice is to ring us as soon as possible, depending on how late you are running behind, we can try to do as much as your treatment as possible.
The best thing to do is let us know when booking your appointment so we can advise what treatments are suitable. If you're booked on a pamper day then we are happy to alter your treatments so you can still relax and enjoy. Remember there are still restrictions to treatments and facilities whilst pregnant .
Please inform us upon booking if you are unsure, just incase you require a doctors note. Some treatments are carried out subject to completion of our medical questionnaire, which you will be ask to complete upon your arrival. A full consultation can be given and if you're unsuitable for the treatment we will try to find an alternative. Contra indications relating to some treatments and facilities are as follows: Guest with heart conditions, high/ low blood pressure, circulatory disorders, gynaecological disorders, epilepsy, arthritis/ rheumatism, diabetes, pregnancy, allergies and possibly other conditions, should seek advice of their doctor prior to booking.
Don't worry, just let us know and we can find an alternative menu for you. So when you arrive, we can inform the restaurant of your menu choice.

Spa or Treatment Etiquette
We ask you are arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time, to allow time to shower if required, change and relax before your treatment depending on what they are. We aim to maintain an oasis of serenity, relaxation, rejuvenation to maintain this tranquil environment, we ask that you are respectful of others privacy, speak softly and switch off mobile phones. Treatment timing are some times stated this incorporate's preparation of you getting changed, it will state if it is just timing of treatment.
Uniquely presented vouchers are redeemable against spa treatments and some product ranges. Gift vouchers can be purchased in person, over the phone or via email. Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Some vouchers have a period of 6 months or 12months to redeem your voucher. If you do not use your voucher within this period it will be invalid. What is your cancellation policy?
A minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation is required on all treatments booked. Failure to do so will result in a 50% cancellation charge. A valid credit/ debit card will be required to secure bookings over 60 minutes. Spa Days and large bookings require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, which is non refundable and if cancelled within 7 days of the appointment will result in full cost of the day being charged.
What are Terms and Conditions?
Terms and conditions are specification of restrictions for the use of goods or services, within the company. This applies to cancellation policies,offers that are running and expiry of offers, timings of treatments (timings also include preparation time of you getting change), prices are subject to change with out notice, all cost include vat and no commission base is charged .
